Higher taxation
Less compensation
HIGH EXPECTATION of change.
Extra-draft dispensation,
Loud-shout supplication,
Wage war in a holy nation.
Deliver us, Lord, from our temptation.
We numb our minds with incantation
So we'd forget we've lost our way.
No longer capable of acclimation
We welcome exile.
