Untamed Love

A short poem about loving someone.

The love inside of me is like a savage beast.
It yearns to know the feel of your gentle touch
Else it shall consume me and continue its great feast.
It gnaws on my heart and soul, every moment tearing me apart.
Until the day that you embrace it in your heart.
It shall know no hunger while cradled in your loving arms.
For you are the only person that can tame this beast.
