The first day

I took words from what people were saying around the office and made this...

In the Business of the room my eyes wonder
I lift my head to stare
The crunching pain it seems to wilt
makes the day seem longer
Get up now or you shall stay
to slouch your way all throught the day
Break your silence, say a word
To lie to them it seems absurd
It's dry and bright i have no sense, put that call on hold.
Close the window, phone the missus
my boyfriends only sent 2 kisses
Limping, aching, i'm not here
Put this in the post my dear
Great it's nearly time to leave
I can hardly seem to breathe
Message received, im on top
Deadlines 5 so i can't stop
Ive got to finish, i'll be right their
To yawn, and moan and ache and stare
The day has finished at long last
I have goto run real fast
I missed the bus im freezing cold
And there is no one here to hold
Tomorrow just another day ahead
I would rather stay in bed
To dream away the day so long
