my life and what i think of it

This life that I have chosen
Is one without true care
Lost count of rules I've broken
and the masks I've had to wear

This path that I have taken
could lock me in a room
The money that I'm making
could lead me to my doom

Sometimes I might regret it
and wish I'd chose a different way
Give it up and quit it
and find a brighter day

But I've always chased down happyness
and fun nights in the dark
No time for gloom or sadness
walking throo lifes park

And if I go before my time
as all the white coat men say
I've enjoyed my tonic wine adventure
and the stars of Ha Long Bay

I'll leave a legacy behind me
that some people can only dream
I've lived in all life's glory
like the way it ought to be

Life is just a blessing
so live it your own way
