A brother and sister who have to part because the brother joined the Marines to go to war.

Pleading eyes,

Fear.
Leaking onto a military coat.

Echoes in my ears,
Memories.Simpler.
When things didn’t matter.

I’d have you forever.

On my knees,
Teary eyes into teary eyes,
