failed friendship due to lack of trust, and maturity.

I'm speechless but the thoughts keep coming
of what once was, how fast we were running
towards different dreams, and expectations
impossible to tell there were once relations

Its clear now, love has taken the backseat
to anger, threats, both feeling such defeat
there is no justice, and nobody can win
we're just two minds with trust wearing thin

With both our good judgments, in recoil
everything we worked for now just a spoil
too proud to admit we're both in the wrong
More willing to give up than to hang on
