I saw you sitting there,
Like you didn't have a care,
Your mind is else where,
Would you like to share.

Where are you now,
The sky, land, or at sea,
Take me some how,
To the world of fantasy.

There is much to say,
Simple words can not express,
Don't hide out all day,
Ease your pain and stress.

Get up and brush the dirt,
No your not insane,
It doesn't have to hurt,
Only you can release the pain,

Do what feels best,
Talk, laugh, scream, or cry,
Get it off your chest,
Won't you just try.
