The Rogue Wave

This poem arrived fully formed in the middle of the night.

The Rogue Wave

Wave after wave,
In and Out,
I am the rogue wave
Passing suddenly through
Into life.

Power now,
Engaging Life,
I am potential surrendered
Bursting forth from within
Fully alive.

Freely moving,
Surrendered to All,
I am filled with new cells
Dancing with light
From the flame.

Energy coursing,
Source absorbed,
I am the ocean serene
As silence in action
Streaming  life.

Studying myself,
The body alive,
I am emotion in motion
The wonder of feeling
Now alive

Finding the centre,
The centre of all,
I am  master always vital
Now and forever
Silent breath.
