Till death do us part..

What the vow should mean, and what I really got.

"Till death do us part"
I did say,
22 years ago
on a cold November day.

"Till death do us part"
I heard him reply.
Little did I know then,
he told a lie.

"Till death do us part"
I heard him say.
He wears my ring,
but yet does stray.

"Till death do us part,
I meant it true.
He broke my heart,
now I am blue.

"Till death do us part"
a lot of people say.
They have a big fight,
then go their own way.

Till death do us part?
Yes I think so.
It wont be long now
before I will go.

Till death do us part
meant one thing to me...
Never again in my life
will I ever be lonely.
