on the back of my eyelids

i dont really have anything to say

I dont know what happened,
one day you're here, the next you're gone
and we stop without a start

it was jerked from my hands so abruptly
the english language fails me of the words i need
to describe my conflict

the chemicals help me fall asleep
to dizzy to find the "sweet dreams" you once gave me
your voice the last i hear
your face the last i see
burning on the back of my eyelids
