Deep Thoughts Of The Other Woman

This poem was written out of personal experience.

Here I lay,
So close to you,
While i'm sitting here thinking,
What to say to you.
Should I say what's on my mind,
Or just keep it all inside,
Because I know we're not meant to be,
The only love we share is between the sheets.
So why do I feel the way that I feel,
Really thinking this love is real,
Because I know when you leave me,
It's with her you're going to be.
You just got me feeling so crazy inside,
My feelings are so hard to hide.
Even though, I tell you, I have no feelings for you,
Deep inside, I know, I really love you.
How did I get myself in this mess,
I'm in so deep, it's hard to confess,
All these deep thoughts I have about you,
But, I surely know, i'm going to live my life without you.
