The poem it's about a guy who wanted to jilt a girl but ended up falling in love with her.

                THE TRAPPING SMILE                                                                                       
              He thought he could do away with her
                  as soon as he is through with her
        Not knowing what he was puting himself through
                  just because she smiles easily.

                  Days, weeks & month passed,
                    his plan is yet to be executed,
                    all he says "I'll get her soon"
            just because he sees her smile always

                      She smiles easily & always
                but deep down in her round heart                     
            she is stuborn very verystuborn & strict.


          Two years is past, the story has changed,
          now he is in love with the SHE he thought
      he could have been in lust with for two months.

                    This love that grew slowly
                has made him blind to other SHES
                            and now he sees her
                              soft & saucy
                        in her childlike smile.
