Between a Rock and a Hard Place

John is stuck between a rock and a hard place...

Look at John, stuck between a rock and a hard place.
He can't move any of himself from his arm to his shoe lace.
How did he get like this, you ask?
He fekk trying to accomplish a difficult task.
You see, John was trying to climb a rock wall,
He was trying to reach a very tall plateau.

He started good, each step one closer to his goal,
When his foot got caught in a small pothole.
He tried to get his foot out,
He pulled and pulled and he even tried to shout.
He called out to anyone, desparate for help
Praying that someone would hear his yelps.

John finally freed himself but at a cost,
He had his foot back, it was his balance he lost.
He fell down and landed in between two boulders,
He ended up being caught right at his shoulders.
