A typical love story that goes wrong

Late last year in mid-July,
With the sun so bright in great blue sky.
I saw him glance as I looked his way,
Caught in the silence with nothing to say.
And with one night he took my heart,
With love so strong we'd never part.
Within a few months I'd fallen so deep,
I honestly thought forever i would keep.
Until one day when I came home,
I heard him talking on the phone.
He said yeah baby, I love you too,
There and then I knew we were through.
He saw me standing by the door,
And started begging on th floor.
I never thought he'd hurt me bad,
But to think of this is way to sad.
His feeling for me I thought were true,
And I really trusted him, of which he knew.
So goodbye trust and goodbye love,
I'm letting go as I release this dove.
You were my baby, you were my boo,
And I want you to know I still love you.
