A Mothers Gift

Another poem i have written about two years ago.

The best day i remember was when i gave birth to you,
The joys of happiness just sank through.
Holding you in my arms is every mothers wish,
And i couldn't wait for you to get older so i could tell you this.

You're my beautiful girl, the best i could ever wish,
When i look into your eyes, you to me are the best gift.
Sent down from heaven, an angel in the sky,
My love for you will always grow stronger and will never die.
