Inspiration to get a little exercise.

Sitting on your bottom
Flattened in a chair
Doesn't count as exercise
Even when you care

Pondering all the day
Fretting over flab
Mourning poor choices made
Helps never a dab

Got to get up and go
Walk a bit and sweat
Smile at all your neighbors
Banish that regret
