just what came out of my head

You locked me away
You said I had to stay
That I was unstable
I wasn't able to leave
I break down
It feels like I'm going to drown
in my tears unleashing my fears
my room is flooding with bad memories
which only i can see
I dont know how to swim
I'm going numb from limb to limb
nobody hears me but im screaming
I pinch myself hoping that I'm dreaming
my mind doesn't work the way it used to
I'm not the person you once knew
