I know we've been through a lot,
But we still haven't fallen apart.
It's all because of you
And your candy coated heart.

Re-searching your hazel eyes,
I can see your glistening tears;
The thought of losing me now
Is one of your biggest fears.

I know things are different now,
As the night breaks in to dawn.
This candy coated love,
Is what kept me with you so long.

Candy coated fantasies,
Fading in the back of my mind;
My favorite pictures of us together,
Now forgotten and left behind.

We almost made it through
But now we're falling apart.
I say 'good bye' forever
