I Feel

A Poem about longing. Please review

Sometimes when I’m alone
I just close my eyes
To escape from it all

Two arms wrap around me
The hold me right
They hold me tight
I feel her near me
I feel her touch
I feel her warmth
I feel her love
I feel her breath
On the back of my neck

She rests her chin
On my shoulder
I tilt my head
Our cheeks touch one another
I feel her soft hair
I smell her perfume
I feel her heart beating
Through my back
And she whispers
Those wonderful words
I love you

And suddenly then I open my eyes
And all that remains
Is only but me
