Glory is my home

                              I heard a voice today
                              it called softly to my soul
                              it said i'll end your pain and
                              suffering so my glory you
                              may behold

                              I shed a tear and cried
                              oh lord, your mercy is forever great
                              to you I give my heart and soul
                              for i never gave up faith

                              come my child i heard him say
                              so I left without a thought
                              he wiped my eyes and pointed the
                              way to the happiness i've always sought

                              I leave behind my family and friends
                              for whom i care so much
                              don't waste your tears, just rejoice with me
                              for again you may feel my touch

                              for each rising day and setting night
                              I shall watch you all grow strong
                              do not weep or worry for me
                              cause glory is my home
