A poem about imagination |
| Think of the grass where nothing else grows, Think of the place where nobody goes. A ripple of sunshine, A handful of deer. Caked with fantasy, Throughout the year. Think of the forest All steeped with fern. Think of the plant life Whose names you could learn. Think of the mountains All covered with snow. Think of the caves That only you'd know. Think of the pond edge Where dragonflies fly. Imagine the place You’d norm'lly pass by. Think of the magic That flows through the air. Think how exciting it’d be to go there. Imagine a place, how perfect it’d be A-glowing, a-snowing, a-perfect to see. Think of a place you’d so like to go, And deep in your mind help it to grow. |
