a poem to all fake people

My life is like a lie
One big rumor after the next
I hate it when people lie about me
Who I am and what I do
Maybe it's true
Maybe it's a lie
But I'm not going to tell you
It's not about you
And it's not your life
So why do you care
You whisper behind my back
And pretend you're my friend
But I see past your fake smile
And see the real you
Believe what you want
Because you're not taking anything else from me
I know who my true friends are
And your not one
