expressions of love

One of two love poems I wrote to my girlfriend.

Eyes you could get lost in

& a heart as big as mine,

a smile that could light up the world

& a laugh that could stop time

You haunt my memories & my dreams

& I awaken with a smile

If that smile should ever fade

I know the number that i can dial

Not a day goes by that I regret

The day that I met you

That you had me at a loss for words

& I didn't have a clue what to do

Cause no words decribed the way I felt

But then I finally get the nerve

& a little help

In the Couse of that week

I made the best  decision of my life

to ask out the girl

who makes me glad to be alive.
