Faith of the few, just us two

Ghouls howl and dance and nightly they play
To give life’s end your destiny
But ours is different
Ours is true
Our love together will see us through
And the banshees will scream and they will shout
But will not even make a sound
For our hearts are stronger than they
For they have no hearts to bear today
We stand together
Hand in hand
To set the creatures to an end
And we stand together in the light of day
To watch the dust fade away
Even if we were bones as they
We would have hearts to let us stay
And the light grows strong as moments pass
To give us just one more chance
To save ourselves
To save another
To live in love and peace together
