Snowflakes

sky sparkles

As I look out into the night sky,
I catch a glimpse of something passing by.
I stare in awe of this beautiful sight,
Of sparkles gently floating down in the night.

I think of this wonderful flight that they bring,
A dance of life and a song that they sing.
Tranquility and peace are the message they send,
As light shimmers bright, I don't want it to end.

I know that this sight cannot last always,
I will watch it in awe, as long as it stays.
My story about this peaceful night sky,
Will leave a special mark of days gone by.
