Blinded are our eyes
for they truly do not see,
They only scratch the surface
Of all that we could be.

For its with our heart we’re guided
its truly who we are,
it tells us to reach for our dreams
When our eyes say there to far

With our eyes we judge the outside
neglecting whats within,
To search within your own heart
is where it all begins

A profound ocean full of virtue
and ambitions yet to come true,
Our hearts truly know the passions
we aspire to pursue.

Yet blinded we still stand
afraid of searching in to deep,
too find what our souls yearn for
our whole lives we slowly creep

And this regret still lives inside us
we know we could've done more
but we chose to see with only our eyes
Shutting destiny at the door

So go where your heart leads you
And never hesitate
Because that split second of self judgement
Could control your life’s fate

And blinded are our eyes
