Inspiration

i got most annoyed with my Muses, so i wrote this.

yes, it's true. I, the person who criticizes poetry, have actually written some! Mon Dieu!
NOTE: don't take this seriously. I'm not really that bitter.

To hell with inspiration
It's never worked for me
Inspired and enlightened
are easy things to be
Harder is to be alone
without a guiding light
To defy motivation
In some everlasting fight
Who needs inspiration?
all insight is a ruse
Better to be helpless
and abandoned by my Muse.
