Just Not Right

It doesn't take a delegation
with an advanced education
to see he recently went wrong.

The lady wanted a big fellow
who was strong, never yellow
a leading man to sing her song.

Instead of a high-note tenor,
talented first-place winner,
she got an ordinary, so-so guy.

He didn't know how to coo or woo
although he knew how and when to "do,"
but it didn't work out; you know why.
