First one That involved drink

Crossing the road
Forgot to look
Did not see the car
that over took

The car that stopped
To wait for me

To safety.

I froze, terrified
Unable to walk
Unable to speak
Unable to talk

It hit me
He was high on drugs
And drunk
Why could'nt he see he was a mug

To take such substance
Then to drive
By doing so
He took my life

Forever hope

Behind this door
Death waits for me
