Wishing you Happiness

The hurt you are feeling,
Tears through my heart,
It rips at every vessel,
It ruins every part,

I wish I could help you,
The way I know I want to,
I try and I try,
But nothing gets through,

You still don’t seem happy,
When I look into your eyes,
The pain still shows,
Not covered up by lies,

I want to help you,
Erase it from your life,
Be the one to make you happy,
The one to erase the strife,
The one to make you feel better,
Not caring what the price.
