Short poem about death

I thought I would cry for you forever,
but I couldn't so I didn't.
The birds still fly south in winter,
The rivers still flow to the seas.

I thought we'd laugh together forever,
but we couldn't so we cried.
I thought we'd cry togheter forever,
but you passed so I cried alone.
