Bombs falling all around
Fire burning away the last hopes
Of a nation under threat
From a greater power

A man stares into the black night
Lit only by the burning shells of buildings.
He looks into the brightest star
He wants to ask for forgiveness and help;
But all he can scream is 'Why?'
