Not a cloud in the sky
Not even a hello or goodbye.
Not a dog barking loud
Not even a peep or a sound.
Not a child playing on the playground
Not even a mailman making his rounds.
Not a leaf blowing off of a tree
Not even a laughter that makes the world seem free.
Not a car driving by
Not even a young girl who is shy.
The World seems like a ghost town
no one in sight or even around.
Not a color in sight
Not even the sun beating bright.
Not a dream I have in my head
Not even a word has been said.
Empty world is all I see
Not even a real person I can be.
