Waiting

I am here, my love,
Waiting for thee.
For when I
Can call you mine.
For the moment
Our hearts beat as one.
For the time
When our worlds intertwine

I am here, my love,
Waiting for thee.
From now
Until forever.
Till snow falls
During summer.
Till the water of the oceans
Are dried and gone.
Till my last breath
Of lonely air.

I am here, my love,
Waiting for thee.
With hope and faith
For all eternity.
