As I look outside my window

And I watch the cold wind blow

I find myself thinking

Of how it was before

All the thoughts and all the games

All the people and their names

The fear of all had inside

The face behind I tried to hide

The Truth, The Life has set me free

The person He wants me to be

All my sins were tossed away, because I found the Way

To live with Him eternally

He who lived and died for me

I close my eyes and see

His face in front of me

He took away my life of sorrow

Gave me hope for a new tomorrow

And I will not forget

The life He gave for me

I will fall down on my knees

The life I lead, no longer breathes

As I review my life

The past becomes so clear

All things I had to do

All the things that got me here

And I thank God for His Son
