Alphas
We all are,
Terrified of becoming;
But we have the strength of a Hercules,
The wisdom of a Buddha,
The compassion of a Jesus Christ.
In the face of fear
Choose Heart, not Fear;
Even a-trembling, take a deep breath
Reach out to Courage, find it
Know it is there,
Keep going, even if
All you see is the next step.
When you don't see it at all,
Tough... but interesting
Stillness is your ally.
The road is changing
Unless you are not;
Then that's some circle
You're going around,
Until you see it.
Surprise, surprise!
The road leads
But to you;
We get there, all of us,
Only, when?
A journey, but not really;
More of a becoming,
Omegas.
