Three Months

I don't have much of a family,
I can barely take care of myself...
But I have always had a dream,
to take care of someone else...

Someone beautiful,someone to love,
someone sent to me from the heavens above...
Then one day...I decided...
I wnat this so much,
I just cannot seem to hide it...

So I spoke to my significant other,
and I started by telling her I loved her...

Then we came up with an idea,
that was passionate and wild,
we decided...to have a child...

This was perfect so we etched it in stone,
This was finally someone I could call my own...
For three months, this fantasy went on.
For three months, I was a Dad and she was Mom...

Then I had this dream that seemed so unfair,
But it wasn't a dream,
I was living in a reality nightmare.

So I begged the Lord to take away my fear,
and what he said was very sincere...
"In time,"he said "you will get what you want in a bigger proportion."
So then the Almighty Lord woke me up,
and my girlfriend was having an abortion...
