A day in an Admin's shoes

Someone once asked me : So, how goes the battle?" to this was my response:

Oh You know it’s the same song and dance, one person is beating on the anvil with keyboard strokes while another is singing the blues with a synthesized banjo printer.

Another is beating the drums of war prepping for the sales Vs. Operations battle meanwhile the chieftain is engaged in a battle of wits with the data warehouse, and I am trying to be the gofer.

It is similar to collecting golf balls on a driving rage during happy hour. You never know when to duck n run…
