My eyes are clouded up as i look into your eyes
My heart beat is slowing, and my breath is slowing
You take one look at me and cry
you grab my hand and whisper "its gonna be okay"
You know the truth, but you push it away
I am dying and i shall soon go away
My hair is gone from the chemo, and my lips are chapped and dry
I try to tell you i love you but, i can only sigh
Mustering the most power i can
I whisper, my voice weak, "kiss me one last time, kiss me goodbye"
