The message of Christmas



It comes but once this time of year
A time of pride and joy
For to hear the children’s laughter in the air
It like music to my ears

But one thing we forget
Is the real meaning of this time
For Christmas now has change from God
To The price of gifts and time

Oh sweet noel what are we to do
To find the real meaning of this time
Do we follow the road the wise men took?
Or do we try to read about it in a book?

God sent his son one lowly night to Joseph
And his virgin bride
Jesus was born to live then die to save us from our sins
So why you do ask is the moral of this poem?
Jesus was born to bring forth love, peace and happiness in our homes and for this
For this we celebrate this time.
