Snow softly falls
In autumn fire
Twinkling emeralds
Meet sparkling sapphires
She laughs;
He smiles;
The mistletoe hangs
Suspiciously unobtrusive
As they drink warm cider
This is their Christmas,
Would that all ours could
Be as wonderful.
