Life goes on, they say
The omnipotent they
The song on the radio, crying out despair.
All of us hear, we all feel cold.
A life cut short, tires squealing.
Today the school was silent and torn
Lost and most of all forlorn.
Life keeps on, but we're all stuck.
In the fingers of Death's cold hands.
