A Beautiful Life

My dream of my daughter in her afterlife.

I dreamt I sat beside you
We talked of many things
We spoke of all your misery
And the joy that Heaven brings
You showed me all the beauty
As the golden streets we walked along
I realized almost instantly that's where you belong
For Heaven is the only place your beauty can be bold
It was shadowed by the evil that this wicked Earth does hold
As we moved along the crystal sea
You said you'll always be there
Watching over me
And now and then you'll do your best
To try and drop a clue
To remind me you're still there
And just to say, " I love you."
