So many miles apart,
Will never change my love.
There is no distance
No road
No valley
That cannot be bridged.
A truss made up by feelings, needs, yearnings.
A bridge,
Forever unbroken.
Built from my heart.
Hours mean nothing,
Days only a blink.
Unless I've lost you forever.
Then, just the simple tick of a clock;
A solitary second,
Feels eternal,
Hurts forever!
Sadly, I brought this myself.
Caused my own pain.
You asked for simplicity,
I gave you difficulty.
You asked for honesty,
I gave you deceit.
You may never forgive;
but I will FOREVER love.
In my mind, eyes, and heart,
I'll feel only one thing for sure,
No matter what distance, circumstance, or pain;
