Although We've Been Separated

about being separated but reunited again one day

Although we've been separated,
It's only for now.
One day you will see this majestic place,
And finally see God's face.

Until then just trust in His word,
He always does what He says.
He never breaks His promise,
Don't be like doubting Thomas.

My memory might fade a little,
But that's okay.
Everybody has to move on,
When somebody is gone.

I can't wait to see your face,
When you run to Jesus.
Run to the One that died for you,
The holy God that helped you through.

We'll then sing praise to the one and only King,
Not have to worry about anything anymore.
To sit with the maker of creation,
The one who gave us all salvation.
