My first poem

I recognized you
You walked into the house where I was, we never had met before
You shook my hand ever so polite
When I looked into your eyes, I felt I had seen you before
When you smiled at me, I wanted to get to know you
I felt my heart skip in a weird way that has never happened to me, and hasn't happened since
What does it mean?
Will I ever feel it again?
All I know is I recognized you
