Memories

In memory of someone I loved

Placing my head on the pillow,
I search my soul.
Thoughts abound in silent night
As the tears Roll.

The silent sobs in darkness,
No one sees nor hears
Searching my memories
Of gifts so dear.

Life without you, I think
Many fears untold.
My Blood turns cold
the tears my eyes cannot hold.

Dark night alone
a twitch in my heart
You might be away
But You're never Apart.

You want me or you dont
I shall never know
But for now I think
I must Let go....

Inhibitions mixed with Fate
So delicate is the state
I must forgive and Forget
Lest I Begin to Hate
