Are Jessie's dreams really just dreams, or is there more to it than anyone can imagine?

When a young college student, named Jessie Raines, lays his head down each night, he is swept off into a world of fantasy. In his dream world he is a nobleman named Lord Garrison. One night in his dreams he meets a pilgriming battle monk who, through a series of events agrees to teach him some of the battle monks' special abilities. When Jessie wakes up, he learns that he also has these abilities outside of his dreams! Now he begins to question everything he knows to be true, and everynight in his dreams, the world in which he is Lord Garrison grows darker and darker with evil, and the threat of war and destruction sits heavy in the air. Can Jessie figure out a way to stop the madness of his dreams? Or... perhaps he simply wants to stop the world in which he is awake...
