At first i didn't know what to do
But I knew I was still in love with you
You came to me with the worst news in the world--
Somehow you had found another girl
I didn't know what to do
All I could say was, "I love you."
I wasn't sure of what to say
You said you still loved me but were pushing me away
My heart said, "He loves you."
But my mind said, "He's not worth it."
I couldn't take it anymore
I knew I had to end this war
I knew I had to make you choose
This time kindness would have to lose
