Persevere

My second attempt at poetry, something I thought might help others find hope.

Persevere

My Souls Screams Give Me Peace;
My Heart Refuses To Turn To Stone;
My Voice Reaches The Highest Of Mountains;
Just Leave Me Alone;

As I Cry my Voice Is Heard;
The Lord Hears Every Word;
And I Have Found Sanctuary In You;
Times Of Trouble Find Thier Way;
And I Push Through Them Everyday;
I Find A Solution In All That I See;
I Find Happiness, The Better Person To Be;

Helping People Even If I Slip;
Makes My Pain Slowly Start To Drip;
As I Bleed The Sin That I Have Earned;

Some Things Test My Faith;
It Feels Like My Soul Is More Than Just Scathed;

But When I Hope And Persevere;
You Will Always Find Me Here;
And Rescue Me From The Hole I Dug;

And So I Always Pray;
Knowing That You Will Find A Way;
And Shine Love Back Into My Heart.
